Business Development & Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is critical to expanding our client base and driving revenue growth across the MENA region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, advertisers, and local businesses
• Actively approach and engage potential clients through online and offline channels
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term cooperation
• Understand client needs and provide tailored marketing and media solutions
• Follow up on project requirements and coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the MENA region

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or marketing
• Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Confident in client communication and negotiation
• Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented
