Business Development & Marketing Executive (Pharma / Biotech Services)

Nuvex Biotech is a science-driven biotech services company working across pharmaceutical, biotech, and nutraceutical R&D. We support clients with formulation development, analytical services, and early-stage research.

We are hiring a Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our internal team and support founder-led business development. This role is for professionals with prior exposure to regulated life-science environments .

This role is for you if you:

• Have worked in pharma, biotech, CRO/CDMO, healthcare, or other regulated industries
• Prefer hands-on execution over commission-only sales
• Want to build long-term capability inside a biotech startup

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support

• Identify and research pharma, biotech, and nutraceutical clients
• Support outreach and follow-ups using approved messaging
• Maintain CRM, pipelines, and BD documentation
• Assist in proposals, presentations, and client coordination

Marketing Execution

• Prepare technical marketing materials (PDFs, decks, service profiles)
• Support LinkedIn and website content (no paid ads)
• Conduct competitor and market research relevant to services

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• 1–4 years of experience in pharma, biotech, CRO/CDMO, healthcare, or other regulated industries
• Strong research, documentation, and follow-up discipline
• Ability to work in a small, fast-moving team
• Clear communication skills

Compensation

💼 PKR 100,000 – 150,000 per month , based on experience and capability
