Business Development Mnanager Female

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Business Development Manager to expand our client portfolio and drive revenue growth in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in FM (Facilities Management), Cleaning, Waste Management, and related services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and key stakeholders
  • Generate leads, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and admin teams for project execution
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in FM or service industry)
  • Experience in Saudi market is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of tendering platforms (Etimad, SAP, Coupa, etc.)
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Target-oriented with a proven sales track record

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
