Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Generate new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and participation in industry events.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on office, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, consultants, end-users, and key decision-makers.

Client Experience

Act as a design consultant, guiding clients through product selection, customization, finishes, and space planning.

Provide a personalized, consultative approach to each client, ensuring their unique requirements are met.

Organize showroom visits, design presentations, and lunch-n-learns.

Ensure after-sales support and service meet industry standards.

Operations

Manage product display of the showroom, ensuring impeccable look at all times.

Monitor orders, and delivery timelines, ensuring seamless client experiences.

Oversee supplier coordination, logistics, and quality control for furniture installations.

Leadership & Development

Develop comprehensive furniture knowledge to guide and advise customers looking to furnish their spaces.

Promote GreenHawk solutions, values and brand visibility through presentations, training, and events.

Focus on maintaining a strong, visible and positive presence in the market and staying informed of the marketplace and industry trends.

Reporting & Administration

Prepare monthly report on sales performance, KPIs, and meetings.

Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and health & safety regulations.
