Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) with 2-3 years of experience in the IT sector. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of all major bidding platforms and technology stacks. They must have a proven ability to identify and secure dedicated clients for the company, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bidding Platforms Expertise:
  • Utilize platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other relevant portals to secure projects.
  • Develop and execute winning strategies for proposal submissions.
  • Technology Stack Knowledge:
  • Possess an understanding of various technology stacks, including front-end, back-end, and full-stack development.
  • Familiarity with popular frameworks, programming languages, and tools used in the IT industry.
  • Communicate effectively with clients about technical requirements and project scopes.
  • Client Acquisition:
  • Identify potential clients and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Focus on acquiring dedicated clients for long-term business partnerships.
  • Communication & Negotiation:
  • Handle all client communications professionally to ensure satisfaction and foster trust.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project timelines effectively.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Recommend improvements to company services based on client feedback and industry trends.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the technical and design teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Business Development Officer or in a similar role in the IT sector.
  • Proficiency in using bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various technology stacks and IT solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to identify, approach, and secure dedicated clients.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the IT industry with a strong understanding of web and software solutions.
