Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) with 2-3 years of experience in the IT sector. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of all major bidding platforms and technology stacks. They must have a proven ability to identify and secure dedicated clients for the company, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bidding Platforms Expertise:
- Utilize platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other relevant portals to secure projects.
- Develop and execute winning strategies for proposal submissions.
- Technology Stack Knowledge:
- Possess an understanding of various technology stacks, including front-end, back-end, and full-stack development.
- Familiarity with popular frameworks, programming languages, and tools used in the IT industry.
- Communicate effectively with clients about technical requirements and project scopes.
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential clients and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Focus on acquiring dedicated clients for long-term business partnerships.
- Communication & Negotiation:
- Handle all client communications professionally to ensure satisfaction and foster trust.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project timelines effectively.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Recommend improvements to company services based on client feedback and industry trends.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the technical and design teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Development Officer or in a similar role in the IT sector.
- Proficiency in using bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
- Comprehensive knowledge of various technology stacks and IT solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to identify, approach, and secure dedicated clients.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
