Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to lead our growth initiatives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for entrepreneurship and a commitment to empowering others.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.​
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.​
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.​
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends
  • Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.​
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.​
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.​
  • Present and promote company services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Represent EmpowerNest at industry events and networking opportunities.​

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or business development.​ in digital marketing agency and software house
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.​
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.​
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Commission Structure

  • Flat Commission: Offer a fixed percentage (e.g., 10%) of the revenue generated from each Business Client.​
  • Tiered Commission: Increase commission rates based on performance thresholds (e.g., 10% for the first (5) client Revenue, 15% for (next10)Clients Revenue, etc.).​
  • Bonus Incentives: Provide additional bonuses for achieving specific milestones or exceeding targets.

Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Hybrid – Remote & On-sit)​

Compensation: Commission-based
