Liventra Properties L.L.C is expanding its Business Development Division, and we are looking for sharp, energetic, and deal-driven Business Agents to help grow our corporate and investment client network. If you have strong business acumen and the ability to convert prospects into clients, this opportunity is for you.

Role Overview

As a Business Agent, your role is to:

• Build and manage relationships with investors, property buyers, and corporate clients
• Introduce new business opportunities and partnerships
• Promote off-plan, ready, and commercial property investments
• Support clients with guidance, information, and market insights
• Work closely with our sales teams to drive revenue and meet targets

Requirements

✔ Minimum 3-6 months experience in UAE real estate, business development, or client acquisition
✔ Freshers with strong communication and confidence are welcome
✔ Excellent English communication; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Persian, Turkish, French, Hindi, Urdu are a strong advantage
✔ Strong network-building ability and client handling skills
✔ Good understanding of Dubai’s property market & investment trends
✔ UAE driving license is an advantage
✔ Must hold UAE Valid Visa – minimum 3 months validity
