Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lusail for a Business Development Officer. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, and analyzing financial data to drive growth. The Business Development Officer will also assist in formulating business strategies and collaborate with internal teams to meet organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Customer Service to identify client needs and build lasting relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills for negotiating, presenting, and effectively engaging with stakeholders and clients.
  • Relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset to thrive in dynamic work environments
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance to analyze market trends, prepare financial reports, and support strategic decision making
