Business Development Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer with experience in the oil & gas construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth by securing projects and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as clients, consultants and government organizations. Arrange meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups to understand client requirements and position the company effectively.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with technical and commercial teams for tender submissions.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in oil & gas or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes and contract management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local and international standards and practices.
