Business Development Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer with experience in the healthcare sector to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of business development experience in Dubai’s healthcare market, own a car, and hold a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector (clinics, hospitals, medical centers)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new growth areas
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in Dubai (Healthcare industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai healthcare market and regulations
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field
• Must own a car and hold a valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
