Business Development Officer

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • 6 days per week (industry standard in GCC)
  • Day shift with client visits and field work

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction materials trading
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and suppliers
  • Conduct market research to track pricing, demand, and competitor activity
  • Prepare and present product proposals and quotations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings

Relevant experience in construction materials is an advantage but not strictly required.
