Business Development Officer

Core Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in business development within the services sector, preferably digital marketing or web solutions
  • Demonstrated track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
  • Strong understanding of Qatar market dynamics and business environment
  • Established network within SMEs and corporate sector in Qatar
  • Ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Strong proposal development, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

Role Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert qualified leads into paying clients aligned with Noor’s minimum deal values
  • Manage full sales cycle: lead qualification, requirement analysis, proposal, negotiation, closure
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support recurring revenue
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure clear scope definition and client expectations
  • Maintain pipeline discipline using CRM and follow structured sales process

Additional Requirements

  • Experience selling digital marketing, website, or branding services
  • Clear understanding of SME challenges and decision-making behavior in Qatar
  • Valid Qatari driving license (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
