Core Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development within the services sector, preferably digital marketing or web solutions
- Demonstrated track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Strong understanding of Qatar market dynamics and business environment
- Established network within SMEs and corporate sector in Qatar
- Ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Strong proposal development, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Role Responsibilities
- Generate and convert qualified leads into paying clients aligned with Noor’s minimum deal values
- Manage full sales cycle: lead qualification, requirement analysis, proposal, negotiation, closure
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support recurring revenue
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure clear scope definition and client expectations
- Maintain pipeline discipline using CRM and follow structured sales process
Additional Requirements
- Experience selling digital marketing, website, or branding services
- Clear understanding of SME challenges and decision-making behavior in Qatar
- Valid Qatari driving license (preferred)
