Key Responsibilities:
- Find and apply for relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr & Guru
- Write clear, attractive and winning proposals
- Negotiate prices and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Research market trends and plan effective sales strategies
- Maintain client records and communication history
- Share progress reports and improvement suggestions
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in winning projects on Upwork, Fiverr & Guru
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in full sales cycle (lead to closure)
- Good time management and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
