Job Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential clients (B2B & B2C).

· Present and promote company products and services professionally.

· Identify new business leads and maintain regular follow-up.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

· Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads.

· Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for campaign execution.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Previous experience in telesales, B2B sales, or business development preferred.

· Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.

· Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, etc.).

· Ability to work the UK shift timings.
