Bigcbyte is looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to help grow our eCommerce services business. This role focuses on acquiring new clients for BigCommerce, Shopify, custom development, integrations, and ongoing support services.
The ideal candidate understands digital services sales and can confidently communicate with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, email outreach.
- Identify client needs related to eCommerce stores, integrations, and automation
- Pitch Bigcbyte services (BigCommerce, Shopify, custom APIs, CRM integrations, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and follow-ups
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handover
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a BDO / Sales Executive (preferably in IT or eCommerce services)
- Understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce)
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred (Plus Points)
- Experience selling IT or software services
- Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and CRM tools
