Business Development Officer (BDO) – Admissions Strategy Focus

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement innovative admissions strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

· Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and outreach programs to enhance student enrollment.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners for admission pipelines.

· Conduct market research to understand trends and optimize admission campaigns.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.

· Proven experience in business development and admissions, preferably in the education sector.

· Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

· Ability to analyze data, set targets, and achieve measurable results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
