About CheckUni

CheckUni is a growing international education consultancy helping students secure admissions in leading universities abroad. As part of our expansion in Karachi, we are seeking a highly motivated and professional Business Development Officer (BDO) to strengthen our market presence and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Karachi and surrounding markets
• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, academies, consultants, and referral networks
• Arrange meetings, presentations, and awareness sessions with institutions
• Generate quality student leads through fieldwork, networking, and relationship building
• Develop and manage sub-agent / referral partner channels
• Coordinate with the counselling team for lead handover and conversion tracking
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners for repeat business
• Conduct competitor research and market intelligence
• Achieve monthly lead generation and partnership targets
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing
• Education consultancy experience will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Professional personality with confidence in meetings
• Ability to travel within Karachi for client visits and partnerships
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and growth mindset
