Responsibilities:
- Regularly follow up with existing and potential clients to ensure lead progression.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings to explain solar solutions.
- Coordinate closely with the Tele-sales team to convert leads into clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- Experience in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (Preferred)
- 1–2 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the solar energy sector
- Strong technical understanding of solar energy systems and related products
