Responsibilities:

  • Regularly follow up with existing and potential clients to ensure lead progression.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings to explain solar solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with the Tele-sales team to convert leads into clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Required)
  • Experience in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (Preferred)
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the solar energy sector
  • Strong technical understanding of solar energy systems and related products
