Business Development Officer (Call Sales Agent)

Job Description & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Officer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Generating new business opportunities through calls and communication.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Achieving assigned sales and lead generation targets.
  • Conducting professional conversations with potential customers.
  • Maintaining records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • Coordinating with management regarding business growth strategies.
  • Representing the company professionally in all communications.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Basic understanding of trucking/dispatch industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
