Business Development Officer | Female Only

Black Hound Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Karachi working with clients across automotive, real estate, logistics, e-commerce, and F&B. We run Meta Ads, Google PPC, brand strategy, and content production — and we need a sharp, confident Business Development Officer to bring in the clients that fuel our next phase of growth.

What you will own:

• Building a consistent monthly pipeline of qualified leads and closing new retainer contracts — full sales cycle, start to finish
• Generating leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, and Google Maps prospecting
• Conducting discovery calls, presenting tailored digital marketing solutions, and turning conversations into signed proposals
• Tracking market trends and identifying new business segments for the agency

What you must bring:

• 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in a digital/marketing environment)
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Solid working knowledge of digital marketing services — Meta Ads, Google PPC, SEO, branding
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and Google Maps data scraping
• Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and on calls
• Polished, professional, and confident in all client-facing settings
• MS Office proficiency (Excel for reporting, PowerPoint for pitches)
• A self-starter mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do
