About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team in Doha. You will play a key role in expanding our HR Outsourcing services (Recruitment, Manpower Supply, and comprehensive HR Solutions) primarily targeting IT and Telecom companies in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients in the IT and Telecom sectors within Qatar.
• Promote our HR Outsourcing solutions including manpower supply and end-to-end HR services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR Directors, Procurement Heads, and C-level executives) in Qatar.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in Qatar’s IT & Telecom industry.
• Work closely with internal operations and recruitment teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business meetings in Qatar.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales in HR Outsourcing, Manpower Supply, Recruitment, or Staffing services.
• Strong existing network and deep understanding of the IT and Telecom sectors in Qatar is a big advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both English and Arabic preferred).
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
• Valid Qatar driving license with own car is preferred.
• Highly motivated, professional, and target-oriented individual.
