Business Development Officer - Manufacturing Industry - North Gujarat

Position: Business Development Officer
Location - Ahmedabad Banaskantha, North Gujarat
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, or related field. (Diploma holders with strong industry experience may also apply.)
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction chemical sales or building materials industry.
Salary: 30000 PM to 40000 PM
Job Type: Full-time

Identifying business opportunities in civil, infrastructure & industrial projects
Building relations with builders, contractors, architects, consultants
Promoting waterproofing, tile adhesives, admixtures, coatings
Handling technical proposals, quotations & contract negotiation
Develop & manage dealers/distributors
Support with sales training, promotions
Track sales targets & performance
Regular field visits, competitor analysis
Feedback on product & marketing strategies
2–5 years in construction chemicals / building materials
Strong communication & sales skills
Able to read technical drawings/specs
Good with MS Office & CRM tools
Must be target-driven & ready to travel
