Business Development Officer - Night Shift - On Site - Rawalpindi

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Officer to join our team on a full-time, office-based position. This role is specifically for the night shift, running from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Saturday, and is located at Khalifa Heights, Comittee Chowk, Rawalpindi.

This role blends persuasive writing with data-driven research, ensuring our clients receive warm, compelling communication while also supporting project research and technical analysis.

--Requirements

Excellent written English with perfect grammar (ChatGPT warriors should not apply)
A super quick learning mindset
Basic understanding of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing tools
Willingness to learn new software and tools quickly
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Key Responsibilities

--Client Communication & Writing

Write warm and engaging pitching emails to potential clients
Draft professional, persuasive cover letters tailored to client needs
Ensure all communications are clear, grammatically flawless, and aligned with company standards

--Research & Analysis

Conduct web research on projects and industry opportunities
Filter and organize data through technical analysis and research methods
Present findings in a clear, structured format for internal use
--Adaptability & Collaboration

Quickly learn the software / tools terminologies and understand basics of new tools, software, and workflows.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication processes
Take initiative and proactively suggest improvements to workflows
The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, have analytical thinking abilities, and possess a professional attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability—especially with regard to commuting to the office punctually during night hours.

The offered salary range is Rs 30,000 to 50,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
