Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven ERP Software Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Karachi. This is a full-time on-site role, requiring a strong understanding of ERP software and a consultative approach to selling. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, delivering engaging demos, and closing deals with prospective clients. Success in this role requires a blend of technical familiarity and persuasive communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and inbound inquiries
  • Conduct personalized product demos and clearly articulate the value of OSquare ERP
  • Develop customized sales proposals and negotiate pricing and contracts
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through regular follow-ups and upselling
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and lead generation strategies
  • Track industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales approach



Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in software sales or ERP-related selling
  • Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and related technologies
  • Ability to deliver persuasive product presentations and close deals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the tech or SaaS industry is a strong advantage
