We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our software development and legacy modernization services. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, software industry knowledge, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and networking
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates
- Work closely with the software development team to define scope
- Follow up with clients and close deals
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM and prepare sales reports
- Research market trends and competitor offerings
- Build long-term relationships with international clients (US/Canada preferred)
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or IT Services
- Strong understanding of software, web, or mobile development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in client calls, presentations, and proposal writing
- Ability to manage multiple leads and meet targets
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot/Zoho is preferred
Preferred Knowledge
- Legacy system modernization (ASP, VB6, FoxPro, ColdFusion etc.)
- Web/mobile technologies (React, Node.js, APIs, Cloud, etc.)
- Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
