1️ Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients including construction firms, factories, oil & gas companies, logistics companies, and industrial organizations requiring health & safety training and compliance services.
2️ Market Research & Opportunity Analysis
Conduct continuous market research to identify industry trends, regulatory requirements, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities within occupational health and safety sectors.
3️ Proposal Development & Tender Participation
Prepare customized technical and financial proposals, quotations, and tender documentation for safety training programs, audits, risk assessments, and consultancy services.
4️ Corporate Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with HR departments, HSE managers, compliance officers, and procurement teams to ensure repeat business and contract renewals.
5️ Revenue Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting safety certifications (e.g., OSHA-based, NEBOSH preparation support, First Aid, Fire Safety, IOSH-aligned training programs).
6️ Training Program Promotion
Promote in-house and on-site safety training workshops, toolbox talks, risk assessment seminars, and compliance consultancy services to industrial and commercial sectors.
7️ Contract Negotiation & Closing
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, training schedules, and service agreements while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
8️ Coordination with Training & Technical Teams
Liaise with trainers, consultants, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of safety training programs and consultancy projects according to client requirements.
9️ Regulatory & Compliance Awareness
Stay updated with local and international occupational health & safety standards and regulations to advise clients effectively and position the company as a compliance partner.
10 Reporting & Business Strategy Support
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, pipeline updates, and contribute strategic input to management regarding expansion plans and new service offerings.
