We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Business Development & Operations Associate/Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about mental health and eager to make a real impact. You'll be instrumental in driving our business growth through project management, strategic partnerships, and innovative business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

  • Manage and execute new projects from conception to completion
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Identify potential roadblocks and develop solutions proactively

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Research and identify potential collaboration opportunities with healthcare providers, organizations, and institutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Negotiate partnership terms and agreements
  • Facilitate collaboration meetings and follow-up on action items

Logistics & External Communications

  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and partnership activities
  • Manage external communications with partners, clients, and stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and communication materials
  • Maintain organized records of all external interactions and agreements

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Support lead generation and business development activities
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and content
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences
  • Contribute to social media and digital marketing efforts
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Business Growth Strategy

  • Contribute to the development of business growth strategies
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Support strategic planning initiatives
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and feedback

Business Operations

Supporting day-to-day admin activities

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Education

  • Fresh graduates or professionals with 0-1 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field

Essential Qualities

  • Passion for Mental Health: Genuine interest in mental health advocacy and innovation
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Knowledge of the healthcare or mental health sector (preferred but not required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
