- Identify and secure new business opportunities in Hard and Soft Facility Management.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and RFQs.
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, contract awards, and renewals.
- Ensure smooth mobilization and handover of new contracts to operations teams.
- Oversee multi-site FM operations to ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contracts.
- Manage operations teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor service quality, client satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, statutory regulations, and client standards.
- Drive cost control, manpower optimization, and commercial viability of contracts.
- Prepare operational, financial, and performance reports for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Facility Management or HSE are an advantage.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Facility Management, with exposure to both business development and operations.
- Proven experience in managing FM contracts, tenders, and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of Hard and Soft FM services.
- Experience in the GCC / Qatar market is highly preferred.
- Sound knowledge of FM contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CAFM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
