Business Development & Operations – Facility Management

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in Hard and Soft Facility Management.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and RFQs.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, contract awards, and renewals.
  • Ensure smooth mobilization and handover of new contracts to operations teams.
  • Oversee multi-site FM operations to ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contracts.
  • Manage operations teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor service quality, client satisfaction, and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, statutory regulations, and client standards.
  • Drive cost control, manpower optimization, and commercial viability of contracts.
  • Prepare operational, financial, and performance reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Facility Management or HSE are an advantage.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Facility Management, with exposure to both business development and operations.
  • Proven experience in managing FM contracts, tenders, and client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of Hard and Soft FM services.
  • Experience in the GCC / Qatar market is highly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of FM contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CAFM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
