We are expanding and seeking a motivated Business Development, Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our portfolio, attract new clients, and strengthen our brand presence in the community.
Position Summary
The primary goal of this role is to generate new business, onboard clients, and enhance brand visibility for Real Property Management Zenith. This position blends sales, marketing, and administrative skills, offering a great opportunity for someone with a background in property management or real estate who enjoys networking, communication, and results-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new clients (landlords, developers, investors).
- Generate leads through networking, digital outreach, and community events.
- Present RPM Zenith’s services, conduct consultations, and close management agreements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales pipeline activity.
- Conduct competitor and market research to guide pricing and marketing.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and new clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords and investors.
- Handle inquiries, schedule consultations, and ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
3. Marketing & Promotion
- Coordinate marketing campaigns targeting property owners and investors.
- Assist in creating branded presentations, brochures, and social media content.
- Attend local expos, networking events, and industry meetups to represent RPM Zenith.
- Support online visibility efforts through community engagement and digital marketing.
4. Contracts & Onboarding Administration
(After obtaining a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License)
- Draft, review, and process new property management agreements.
- Collect and organize property documentation (leases, keys, compliance files).
- Set up new owners and properties in software systems such as LeadSimple or AppFolio.
- Work with owners to gather information required for tenancy, maintenance, and compliance.
5. Property Management Admin Support
- Assist with rent roll updates, property data entry, and compliance tracking.
- Coordinate initial inspections, cleaning, and listing setup for new properties.
- Upload and manage listings on platforms such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and others.
- Collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and accounting teams for smooth onboarding.
6. Reporting & Communication
- Prepare reports on lead generation, conversions, and performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales and onboarding progress.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field (required).
- Proven success in sales, outreach, or marketing roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and property management platforms (LeadSimple, AppFolio, Buildium, etc.) preferred.
- Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation for local networking.
Preferred Skills
- Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License (or willingness to obtain).
- Marketing or social media management experience in real estate or property management.
- Graphic design or content creation experience (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
