Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Partner based in Jeddah. The individual will identify and build strategic partnerships, drive business opportunities, and foster long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include consulting with stakeholders to identify growth areas, leading sales initiatives, managing projects, and designing training sessions aimed at developing leadership and business strategies. The ideal candidate will act as a key contributor to LYMTA's business expansion efforts.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Leadership Development and the ability to design and conduct impactful training programs.
  • Strong experience in Project Management and Consulting, with an emphasis on delivering transformative solutions.
  • A proven track record in Sales and building successful business development strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster partnerships and drive collaboration across teams and organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to align business initiatives with high-level objectives.
  • Previous experience in AI consultancy, technology, or related industries is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
