Business Development Partner - Saudi Arabia (HR Consulting & Outsourcing)

We are seeking to engage a well connected professional with a strong presence in the Saudi market to support the business growth of a company specializing in HR consulting and outsourcing services.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Established relationships with key decision makers, including HR leaders, C level executives, and procurement professionals
  • Demonstrated track record in business development and successfully closing deals within the services sector (experience in HR services is advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market, including corporate structures and procurement dynamics
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Leverage existing professional networks to secure high value contracts
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and market expansion initiatives
Skills
  • Strong business development and strategic partnership building capabilities
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders (C level executives, HR leaders, Procurement)
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high value deals
  • In depth understanding of the Saudi market and corporate procurement dynamics
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to identify commercial opportunities and align solutions with client needs
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Strategic thinking with a results driven mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred
