- Demonstrated track record in business development and successfully closing deals within the services sector (experience in HR services is advantageous)
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market, including corporate structures and procurement dynamics

- Identify and develop new business opportunities

- Contribute directly to revenue growth and market expansion initiatives
