Your Mission


We are looking for a commercially driven, relationship-oriented, and ambitious Business Development & Partnership Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, creating new business opportunities, and driving sustainable growth. You will play a key role in expanding Denebunu’s client network, strengthening brand relationships, and contributing directly to our commercial success.


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue channels
  • Build and manage strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Lead commercial discussions and partnership processes from first contact to closing
  • Understand client needs and position Denebunu’s solutions in line with their goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored partnership opportunities and proposals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging growth opportunities


Your Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or account growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with brands, agencies, or B2B clients
  • Strong commercial mindset and confidence in client-facing communication
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Fluent in Turkish and English

Ideally, you have


  • Experience in marketing, digital platforms, consumer engagement, e-commerce or FMCG
  • A strong network and confidence in building relationships from scratch
  • The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • A collaborative mindset and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment
