Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Results oriented self-starter with the desire and drive to grow this business.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or manual entries.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure favorable terms while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution of business development activities.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, printing industry sales, and existing business accounts
- Confident in cold calling and door-to-door introduction
- Proficiency with manual entry or CRM software / platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Prior experience with CRM tools and data analysis is highly desirable.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,500.00 per year
