Shamo Jee Interiors is looking for a Business Development Professional (Retired Army Lt Colonel) who can utilize defence-sector networks and institutional contacts to support corporate sales and business expansion. This role is ideal for a recently retired officer who is confident, disciplined, and capable of building strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with corporate, institutional, and government clients.
• Utilize defence-sector experience and professional network to build business connections.
• Promote Shamo Jee’s product range including furniture, curtains, carpets, blinds, décor items, and interior furnishing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and support project execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensure service excellence, and represent the company professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery of products and services.

Requirements

• Must be a recently retired Army Lt Colonel (within the last 3 months).
• Preference for officers who have just completed their retirement process.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Confident in handling high-level clients, meetings, and corporate engagements.
• Willingness to learn about interior furnishings, materials, and product range.
• Professional, disciplined, and customer-oriented personality.
