Business Development Professional (Training / L&D Experienced)

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Professional, based in Dubai. The role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong business relationships. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to strategize and effectively expand business operations in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Experience with Generating Leads for companies and individuals with Training requirements
  • Proficiency in Communication and Business Relationship Building
  • Skills in Account Management and Client Retention
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Knowledge or experience in the training and consultancy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment
