This internship offers hands-on exposure to institutional marketing, academic partnerships, and workshop execution in premium educational environments.

Internship Overview

The Business Development & Program Operations Intern will support the academy’s leadership mentors and senior team in the smooth execution of leadership workshops, while also assisting with institutional outreach and marketing.

This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, comfortable with fieldwork, and interested in careers in education, leadership development, business development, or institutional partnerships.

This is not a telemarketing role. The internship involves on-ground institutional engagement, coordination, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Workshop Support & On-Ground Coordination

• Support leadership mentors during workshops to ensure smooth conduct of programs
• Assist with venue setup, material arrangement, seating, and logistics
• Coordinate with school or institutional staff for schedules and approvals
• Act as an on-site support representative stated to the workshop sessions
• Ensure professionalism, punctuality, and orderly execution of programs

Institutional Marketing & Outreach

• Assist in marketing leadership programs to schools, colleges, institutes, and other organizations
• Support senior team members during institutional visits and presentations
• Help in follow-ups, information sharing, and coordination with institutions
• Maintain basic records of visits, leads, and institutional feedback

Program & Team Support

• Assist the business development team in day-to-day operational activities
• Support preparation of basic proposals, presentations, and documents
• Provide on-ground assistance for events, meetings, and workshops

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduates or final-year students (any discipline)
• Strong interest in education, leadership programs, or institutional marketing
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory
• Comfortable with fieldwork and institutional visits
• Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork mindset
• Basic organizational and coordination skills

Prior experience is not mandatory but will be an advantage.

Stipend & Career Opportunity

• Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
• Duration: 3 months
• Conversion Opportunity:

High-performing interns may be offered full-time employment as Business Development Executives or Program Coordinators based on performance, attitude, and organizational requirements.
