Overview
As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be working closely with senior technical staff to identify opportunities, prepare responsive statements of qualifications and proposals, prepare project presentations when needed and assist with other proposal tracking items. Your effective communication skills will be utilized while assisting the technical staff prepare compelling and visually pleasing proposal documents.
Requirements
You are a creative, well organized and self-motivated individual. To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:
· Experience: You should have three to five years of experience, preferably in the A/E/C market sector, excellent verbal and written communications skills, and a track record of working in a team environment. Knowledgeable in writing proposals and use of federal SF330 forms is a bonus.
· Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism or other related field preferred; however, an associate degree and other work experience will be considered.
· Skills: You must have solid communication skills and be able to convey ideas in a clear and concise manner. Knowledge and proficiency using Office365, Teams, and CRM software. Knowledge of Adobe or similar software is desired.
· Characteristics: You are self-motivated and can learn, mentor, and innovate while working in a team environment. You are curious and look to grow as a professional. You are well organized, pay attention to details and have a positive attitude.
· Understanding: Have knowledge of the Land Surveying profession and how it integrates into A/E/C workflows is desirable
Responsibilities
As a Business Development & Proposal Coordinator at Cinquini & Passarino, you will identify and cultivate relationships with architecture, engineering, and construction firms to generate new business opportunities, develop and execute strategic outreach plans to position the firm as a trusted partner in land surveying services. Identify and represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build visibility and foster collaboration, and monitor industry trends and project pipelines to proactively engage potential clients and partners. You will work closely with our technical staff to respond to requests for proposals including preparing statements of qualifications and proposal, strategic assembly of resumes, CRM maintenance, development of graphics and other visual aids. Other responsibilities include implementing marketing campaigns that highlight our firm's diverse expertise, project history and value to A/E/C partners, overseeing digital marketing efforts through social media, the company website, SEO and email newsletters, and analyzing marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Salary
The base salary pay range for this position is $30 to $40 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. This information is provided per California Senate Bill 1162
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
