Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage front office operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office coordination
- Support business development activities and lead follow-ups
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and emails
- Maintain client and lead records (CRM / Excel)
- Coordinate meetings and support internal teams
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–1 years of experience in front office / BDE / admin roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
