Job Description – Business Development (Recruitment / Staffing)
Position: Business Development Executive / Manager
Industry: Recruitment / Staffing / HR Consulting
Location: Remote
Experience: 1 plus years
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with HR leaders and hiring managers.
Pitch recruitment solutions (IT, Non-IT, permanent, contract, and volume hiring) to prospective clients.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of mandates.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and client acquisition targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and submit regular business development reports.
Participate in networking events, job fairs, and industry forums to promote the company’s services.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of recruitment/staffing services (IT & Non-IT hiring).
Proven track record in B2B sales / corporate business development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads through networking, cold calls, email campaigns, and social media.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
Self-driven, result-oriented, and target-focused mindset.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate / MBA (HR, Marketing, or related field preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,318.43 - ₹20,607.13 per month
