We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will focus on making daily outbound calls from our CRM to qualify leads, build relationships with potential clients, and drive growth in real estate sales or leasing. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a passion for real estate and a talent for identifying high-potential opportunities in a B2B or B2C environment.

**Duties**

- Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients using our CRM system to qualify leads and schedule property viewings or consultations.

- Leverage CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to track interactions, update lead statuses, and manage follow-ups.

- Engage in warm calling to nurture leads generated through marketing campaigns, open houses, or referrals.

- Qualify leads by assessing client needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority to prioritize high-value prospects.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, sellers, or investors through consistent, professional communication.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead qualification criteria and align on strategies for targeting specific markets or property types.

- Present tailored real estate solutions, such as residential or commercial properties, to meet client needs and highlight value.

- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

**Skills**

- Experience in real estate sales, leasing, or related fields, with a focus on lead qualification.

- Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, for managing and tracking lead interactions.

- Proven ability to make high-volume outbound calls and effectively engage in warm calling.

- Sharp qualification skills to quickly assess lead potential, including financial readiness and property preferences.

- Familiarity with real estate concepts, such as market analysis, property types, and financing options.

- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset to meet daily call and qualification targets.

- Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of leads and maintain accurate CRM records.

- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and persuasive demeanor.
