We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our diverse team in the sports and play construction sector. This role is essential in driving growth and expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our innovative solutions in the construction of sports facilities and play environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, including municipalities, schools, and private organizations, to generate new business leads.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, architects, contractors, and community leaders, to understand their needs and promote our services.
  • Client Registration: Facilitate the registration of our company with all potential clients, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective strategies for promoting our sports and play construction solutions.
  • Client Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to potential clients, showcasing our expertise and the benefits of our offerings.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competition, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in preparing proposals, bids, ensuring that all submissions are tailored to client needs and highlight our unique value proposition.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build relationships and promote our brand.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems, providing regular updates to management.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduate.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic with a professional command of both languages.
Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
