Business Development Representative

Hiring Alert! VLIV is hiring Business Outreach Specialists to join our Business Development Department! 🚀

We’re looking for mediocre to experienced individuals who can confidently communicate, identify prospects, and schedule qualified appointments via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

Timings: (Night Shift)
7 PM – 4 AM
8 PM – 5 AM
Location: Onsite – Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 19
Gross Salary: Upto PKR 80,000 (depending on expertise)
Commissions/Incentives: Uncapped potential 💰

What You’ll Do:

Research and identify target businesses.
Reach out via calls, emails, or LinkedIn to introduce VLIV’s services.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
Maintain CRM records and follow up as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English.
Consistency, confidence, and eagerness to grow.
