Base Salary: AED 12k-18k (based on experience)

OTE: AED 30,000 – 40,000+ (within 3 months)

💼 What You’ll Be Owning

• Market Research: Become an expert in your clients’ industries.
• Prospecting: Engage with potential clients via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email.
• Qualifying Leads: Use the BANT framework to identify real opportunities.
• Setting Appointments: Book high-value meetings with key decision-makers.
• Client Success: Stay close to your clients with consistent follow-ups.

🎯 What You Bring to the Table

• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or lead gen.
• Confident with outbound calling and rejection.
• Excellent communicator: persuasive, clear, and engaging.
• Relationship builder by nature
• A growth mindset and Accountability
