Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with strong experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in acquiring new clients, managing relationships, pitching staffing services, and generating requirements from corporate clients.

Face to Face Interview is MANDATORY

Once selected candidate can work on a Hybrid mode or Remote.

If ok to work from office will be much appreciated.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development for a staffing/recruitment company (MANDATORY).
• Strong understanding of IT / Non-IT hiring, recruitment processes, and client expectations.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and end-to-end BD cycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
