About the Role

New Era Solutions is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive sales for our core services, including UAE company formation, business bank account opening support, accounting, bookkeeping, and tax services. This role suits a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals with entrepreneurs and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through calls, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and field visits where required.
  • Qualify prospects and understand client needs, then present the right solution and package.
  • Sell New Era’s services: company formation, corporate banking support, accounting, bookkeeping, and tax-related services.
  • Schedule and coordinate consultations with internal specialists, and support the closing process.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and pipeline updates in CRM/trackers.
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate documentation requests with operations/admin teams.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and weekly activity targets (calls, meetings, follow-ups).
  • Build relationships with partners such as consultants, PROs, real estate agents, and referral sources.
  • Stay updated on basic UAE business setup and compliance requirements (training will be provided).
  • Ensure professional communication and high responsiveness across WhatsApp, email, and phone.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales/business development role (UAE company formation, corporate services, banking support, accounting, or related B2B services).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Confident in cold calling, follow-ups, and handling objections.
  • Comfortable working with targets and structured reporting.
  • Good organization skills and attention to detail, especially when handling documents and client information.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Preferred

  • Existing network of SME owners, startups, or business setup partners in the UAE.
  • Experience using CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Understanding of Free Zones and Mainland setup options.
