We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, negotiation, and deal closing. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B sales within a digital marketing agency and a strong understanding of digital marketing services.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and online platforms
  • Identify and target B2B clients for digital marketing services
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions
  • Conduct introductory calls, virtual meetings, and presentations with prospects
  • Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service presentations
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and terms with clients
  • Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain and update CRM and lead tracking sheets
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Design) for smooth project handover
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to convert leads into sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
