Touchcore Consultancy is looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to drive sales growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships in the solar and consultancy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field work, cold calling, and referrals
Promote and sell solar solutions and consultancy services
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Maintain accurate client and sales records
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development / sales
Experience in solar, real estate, insurance, or B2B sales preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
