Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue. The ideal candidate has prior experience in sales or business development and is confident in outreach, pitching, and closing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online research
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct sales calls and present company services professionally
- Generate and qualify leads to support the sales pipeline
- Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales or leadership teams
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in CRM or tracking sheets
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine sales strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets
Required Experience & Skills
- 1–3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation
- Ability to work independently and manage targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Professional, confident, and results-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, home care, staffing, or service-based industries
- Experience working remotely or in a fast-paced environment
