SERVPRO Team Bisig is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our presence within the local commercial, insurance, and property management markets. The BDR is responsible for generating new business opportunities, strengthening referral partnerships, and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and strategic relationship management.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable in the field, enjoys networking, and understands consultative sales within a service-based environment.
Business Development & Sales
Identify, prospect, and develop new referral relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, facility managers, contractors, and commercial clients
Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups to promote SERVPRO services (water, fire, mold, storm, and specialty services)
Execute daily outbound activities including cold calls, site visits, networking events, and referral follow-ups
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and activity goals
Account Management
Maintain and grow assigned key accounts through consistent engagement and service follow-up
Act as a liaison between clients and operations to ensure customer satisfaction
Track opportunities, contacts, and activities accurately in CRM tools
Brand Representation
Represent SERVPRO Team Bisig professionally at industry events, trade shows, and community functions
Educate partners on SERVPRO’s capabilities, response times, and value proposition
Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and local outreach programs
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and Operations to ensure seamless handoffs
Provide regular reporting on pipeline activity, market feedback, and competitive insights
Assist leadership with territory planning and growth strategies
2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or relationship management experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Comfortable with field-based sales and face-to-face relationship building
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property management industries
Existing local referral network (insurance agents, property managers, adjusters)
Knowledge of emergency response or mitigation services
Self-motivated and results-driven
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional presence and high integrity
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
