We’re looking for a highly skilled and confident Business Development Representative (BDR) to conduct brief 10–15 minute discovery/qualifying calls with inbound or pre-warmed leads. Your role is not to close but to screen and qualify prospects based on criteria such as financial readiness, service fit, timeline, and decision-making authority.

This role is ideal for someone who is great at:

Building instant rapport

Asking the right qualifying questions

Filtering in high-quality leads

Passing along only the most promising opportunities to our sales closers or account executives

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct short (10–15 min) video or phone discovery calls with leads

Use a provided script and qualification framework

Evaluate lead intent, budget, and fit for our service

Take clear notes and hand off qualified leads to our closing team

Follow up on missed appointments or reschedules

Provide feedback on lead quality and prospect objections

Qualifications:
Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales, business development, appointment setting, or lead qualification

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to ask insightful questions and actively listen

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Confidence and professionalism in tone and delivery

Bonus: Experience in real estate, digital marketing, or high-ticket services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs550,000.00 - Rs700,000.00 per month
